Getting Started
APTHUB is Turkey's real estate listing platform covering apartments for rent, sale, daily rental, shared rooms, and furniture sales across all 81 cities. It's built for Turkish locals, expats, students, and international investors who need to find or list property in Turkey.
Browsing listings is completely free — no account needed. Posting listings is free for regular users. Consultant accounts, featured placements, and agency promotions may have associated fees. Contact us for current pricing details.
Click "Register" in the top navigation. Enter your name, email, and password — phone is optional. After registering you'll have access to your dashboard to manage listings, saved properties, and your profile. No email verification is required for basic access.
For Renters
Use the search bar on the homepage — select your city, purpose (rent/sale/daily), and room type. On the listings page filter further by price, furnished status, building age, floor number, and features like parking or balcony. You can also browse by city from the "All Cities" page.
Verified consultants display a gold Verified Consultant badge on their profile and listings. This means APTHUB has manually reviewed their credentials, identity, and professional license. Always prefer verified consultants for rental and purchase transactions.
Turkish notation is Bedrooms + Living Rooms: 1+0 = studio, 1+1 = 1 bed + living room, 2+1 = 2 beds + living room, 3+2 = 3 beds + 2 living rooms. This is different from the Western "number of bedrooms" system — a Turkish "3+1" has 4 rooms total.
For Landlords
Log in and go to your Dashboard, or use the Create Listing link directly. Fill in property details — title, description, city, price, room type, area, and features. Upload at least one photo and submit. Your listing goes live within 24 hours after review.
APTHUB itself charges no transaction commission. Each listing has a field where the owner specifies No Commission or With Commission. This is between the owner and any agent involved — APTHUB is only the listing platform.
Register a standard account, then apply for consultant status from your dashboard. You'll need to submit a government-issued ID, your real estate license, and a brief bio. Once approved you get a Verified badge, a public profile, unlimited listings, and WhatsApp integration.
Payments & Safety
Use the "Report Listing" button on the listing detail page, or email info@apthub.com with the listing URL. All reports are investigated within 24 hours and fraudulent listings are removed immediately. Never transfer money to a landlord you haven't met in person.
Always pay via bank transfer (EFT/HAVALE) with a signed rental contract in hand. Avoid cash for deposits. Reputable landlords provide written contracts. APTHUB does not process payments directly. Never send money before viewing the property in person.
Technical
Go to Dashboard → My Listings. Click the edit icon to update any field, or delete to remove it. Listings marked "Sold" or "Rented" are auto-deactivated but kept in your history. Deleted listings are permanently removed.
APTHUB supports Turkish, English, Arabic, Russian, and German. Arabic uses RTL layout. Switch language from the globe icon in the navigation bar.
Legal
Yes — citizens of most countries can buy property in Turkey. You need: a Turkish Tax Number (Vergi Numarası, free, 1 day), a Turkish bank account, military clearance (Askeri İzin, 1–3 weeks for some regions), and a Tapu (title deed) transfer. Purchases above $400,000 USD may qualify for Turkish citizenship. Always use a verified consultant and licensed attorney.
A valid Kira Sözleşmesi must include: full names + ID numbers of both parties, property address and Tapu details, monthly rent and currency, deposit (max 3 months by law), rental period, payment terms, and utility rules. Notarisation (noter onaylı) gives additional legal protection.
Becoming a Consultant
Your blog posts stay exactly where they are — published, attributed to your name, and accessible at the same URLs. The only visible change is that your author badge upgrades from "Member" to "Consultant" automatically, which gives your existing content more credibility, not less.
If you had posts pending review at the time of conversion, they remain in the review queue and will be published once approved by the APTHUB team, just as normal.
No. Your saved apartments are stored against your user account, not your role. They appear in your new consultant dashboard exactly as they did in your member dashboard. You can continue saving, removing, and managing favourites without any interruption.
Absolutely. Becoming a consultant does not lock you into a seller-only experience. You can still search the full property catalogue, shortlist apartments, send enquiries to other consultants, and use APTHUB as a buyer whenever you want. Your role unlocks new abilities — it does not remove existing ones.
All reviews, ratings, and comments you have posted remain exactly as they are. They are tied to your account permanently and will not be altered, removed, or re-attributed. Other users will continue to see your feedback displayed with your updated consultant badge.
Technically yes, but it is not a self-service action — you would need to contact APTHUB support to downgrade your role. Downgrading would hide your consultant profile and listings from the platform, but your data (blogs, comments, saved apartments) would remain intact and would be fully restored if you ever upgraded again.
In practice, most consultants prefer to keep their accounts active even during quiet periods, since the profile continues to build reputation passively through search visibility.
Your consultant account is activated the moment you submit the upgrade form — there is no waiting period for the account itself. You will be redirected to your consultant dashboard immediately and can start creating listings right away.
However, individual listings go through a review process before they appear publicly on the site. The APTHUB moderation team typically reviews new listings within 24–48 hours. You will be notified once a listing is approved or if any changes are needed.
Registering as a consultant on APTHUB is completely free. You can create a profile, publish listings, and write blog posts at no cost. APTHUB operates on a marketplace model where value is created through visibility and client connections, not upfront fees.
Premium features such as boosted listings, featured placements, and advanced analytics may be available as optional paid upgrades in the future, but the core consultant experience is and will remain free.
A regular consultant has a full public profile, can list properties, and can write blog posts. A verified consultant has gone through APTHUB's identity and credential verification process and receives a verification badge on their profile and listings.
Verified consultants appear higher in search results, earn more client trust, and are eligible for featured placements. You can apply for verification from your consultant dashboard. The verification process involves submitting a government-issued ID and proof of professional activity.
If a listing is rejected, you will receive a notification explaining the reason. Common reasons include incomplete information, low-quality photos, inaccurate pricing, or content that does not meet APTHUB's listing guidelines.
A rejection is not permanent. You can edit the listing to address the feedback and resubmit it for review. Repeated violations or attempts to list fraudulent properties may result in account suspension, so it is always best to ensure listings are accurate and complete before submitting.
Yes — and having a consultant account is actually a prerequisite. You must be a consultant before you can create or join an agency on APTHUB. Once your consultant profile is active, you will find agency options inside your dashboard. You can either start a new agency and invite other consultants, or request to join an existing one.
Agency members benefit from a shared brand page, combined listing visibility, and team-level analytics.
All content published on APTHUB must meet the following standards:
Listings must include accurate property details, real photos (no stock images or AI-generated visuals), correct pricing, and a valid location. Duplicate listings of the same property are not allowed.
Blog posts must be original, written in good faith, and relevant to real estate, property investment, or living in Turkey. Promotional content disguised as editorial is not permitted.
All content must be free of hate speech, discriminatory language, misleading claims, and contact details embedded in images to bypass platform messaging.
APTHUB reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account restriction or permanent suspension.
